Great Expectations From Company and Customers as Pre-Order Date is Announced

Excitement is building among Axiom Telecom’s customer base and leadership ahead of the much-anticipated BlackBerry 10 announcement on 30 January.

Customer buzz for what promises to be one of the years’ top tech events is reaching fever pitch, and Axiom Telecom CEO Faisal Al-Bannai is confident that BlackBerry brand’s popularity in the region is set to yield strong sales.

Axiom Telecom today announced that customers will be able to pre-order their BlackBerry 10 device from 31 January, with the in-store sale date to follow soon after. It was also revealed that pre-booking customers have the option to get the new device delivered directly to their home or any other desired location as soon as it arrives.

“Affection and loyalty for BlackBerry remains as strong as ever in the Middle East,” said Al-Bannai.

“I’ve been interacting with customers every day for the past few months about the BlackBerry 10 launch and, having experienced the device first-hand, I have assured them to expect something special.  A real buzz is building among our staff as well, and we are doing all we can to ensure Axiom Telecom remains the go-to destination for purchase and support of what promises to be one of 2013’s biggest tech events.”

Al Bannai believes that Axiom Telecom will record strong sales figures for BlackBerry 10, and that customers will continue to benefit from an extensive and longstanding range of BlackBerry-focused value-added services.

In February 2011, Axiom Telecom launched the Middle East’s first one hour repair guarantee for BlackBerry smartphones, and it is still the only company offering this service. A replacement is provided free of charge if the smartphone is not repaired within the hour.

Axiom Telecom also offers a trade-in service give customers wishing to upgrade their BlackBerry devices a better deal.
