The initiative is a part of their global strategy to become global entity, said coach Mike Krzyzewski. The trip runs in Aug 14-27. According to Krzyzewski, the trip should be rewarding culturally and helpful in grooming the 2011-12 team. Five freshmen will be part of the team.

While it?s an excursion to another part of the world for most of the Duke group, for Krzyzewski and other staff it will be grooming the team for 2011-12 matches.
