BlackBerry today brought the global BlackBerry Experience Forum (BEF) series to Dubai, bringing together more than 300 regional business and IT decision makers and app developers to share business-focused information and updates about the new BlackBerry 10 platform, which was first announced on January 30th this year.
The BlackBerry Experience Forum demonstrated the business benefits of the BlackBerry 10 platform, featuring the newly launched BlackBerry Z10 smartphone and BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10. BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 brings together device management, industry leading security, and mobile applications management for BlackBerry smartphones, BlackBerry PlayBook tablets, as well as Android and iOS devices, in a consolidated solution.
Participants were also shown how BlackBerry’s completely re-invented suite of products, solutions and services work seamlessly together to enable enterprises of all sizes to easily deploy, manage, and secure BYOD and corporate mobile devices.
The full day event of keynotes and break-out sessions, held at The Address in Dubai Marina, included representatives from leading local companies such as Emirates Airlines, Cisco and SAP.
