According to Business Monitor International consumer electronic market in the UAE is projected to reach $3.1bn in 2011 increasing to $4bn in 2015.?
The UAE’s audio visual device market is projected at $969m in 2011, BMI added, and is expected to be worth $1.2bn by 2015. “The rollout of high definition broadcasting will drive demand for premium TV sets and Blu-ray devices.,” BMI’s report said.
