IKEA has come up with an interesting new recruitment campaign taking on a unique approach to the job interview process. The interview concept was created to identify the true IKEA fans who wish to pursue a career at the company.

The recruitment campaign launched by IKEA showcases potential candidates, who each find themselves in a humorous situation when they are asked to assemble an IKEA chair as part of their interview process.
