Dubai will soon be the proud owner of yet another coveted world?s-first title – the city is going to be home to the world?s first Fashion Hotel.
President of Fashion TV global network, Michel Adam, signed an agreement on Friday with Mohammad Al Habtoor, Vice-Chairman and CEO of Al Habtoor group, to establish the 5-star hotel. The deal was signed and the announcement was made at the ?Most Liked Model Awards? ceremony at the Majestic Hotel at the Cannes Film Festival.
The five-star hotel, set to be located in the heart of the Dubai city, is to be owned and operated by the Al Habtoor group. The hotel will comprise of 30-storeys and the exterior of the building will display a projection using the world?s largest 100 metre LED screen which will continuously broadcast the latest Fashion TV highlights, around the clock.
The hotel will have 200 rooms with numerous high-end features and facilities like the most sophisticated climate control system, lighting and audio-video technologies, and will also make use of the latest 3D equipment. The luxury hotel will also house the biggest Fashion DVD library in the world, offering more than 50,000 DVDs on the history of fashion.
It will also have a wide variety of posh restaurants, bars, lounges, spas, nightclubs and cinemas, thus offering a plethora of opportunities of unlimited fun for ramp-lovers.
The Al Habtoor group and Fashion TV plan to make this the first of a chain of Fashion Hotels in key fashion capitals around the world, each offering a sophisticated and suave accommodation and epicurean facilities in an elegant setting, thereby providing the very best of services.
